Welcome to Tongxiang JM textile Co.,Ltd. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, communications, product quotations, and any related services provided by JM Textile, a clothing manufacturer and wholesale supplier based in China.

2. Scope of Services

JM Textile provides:

  • Wholesale manufacturing of women’s apparel and accessories

  • OEM/ODM services (custom design, labeling, and packaging)

  • Product sampling, quotations, and bulk production

  • International B2B sourcing support

  • Product image and marketing material support for approved partners

We serve wholesalers, retailers, brand owners, and importers worldwide. Our services are strictly B2B (Business to Business) and not open to individual consumers.

3. Use of Website and Communication Channels

By accessing our website or contacting us via email or other platforms:

  • You agree to use our content (images, descriptions, prices) for legitimate business purposes only.

  • You shall not misuse our content for resale, replication, or misrepresentation without written consent.

  • You agree not to submit misleading information or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are provided based on current material costs, production capacity, and order specifications.

  • Prices are subject to change based on raw material fluctuations, exchange rates, or scope modifications.

  • Quotes are typically valid for 7–30 days unless otherwise stated.

5. Samples and Product Specifications

  • Product samples can be requested before bulk orders. Sampling fees may apply and are deductible from bulk orders.

  • Specifications (size, color, material) must be confirmed in writing.

  • Slight tolerances in measurements (±2–3cm), color variations, and minor imperfections may occur due to fabric or manual differences. These are not considered defects.

6. Order Confirmation and Payment Terms

  • Orders are only considered confirmed upon written agreement (e.g., PI signed) and receipt of deposit (typically 30%-50%).

  • Payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or agreed-upon secure platforms.

  • Full payment must be received before shipment unless otherwise negotiated.

7. Production Lead Time and Shipping

  • Standard lead time is 15–45 business days, depending on quantity, customization, and fabric availability.

  • We provide EXW, FOB, or CIF terms based on agreement.

  • Shipping timeframes vary by destination and chosen logistics method. Delays due to customs or force majeure are beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (photos, designs, logos, descriptions) is the property of JM Textile unless otherwise credited.

  • Use of our designs for reproduction, resale, or brand replication without permission is strictly prohibited.

  • For OEM/ODM clients, we protect the confidentiality of all custom design information shared under NDA or agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

JM Textile shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Buyer losses due to local regulatory issues or reselling restrictions

  • Delays or damages caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities

Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the goods ordered.

10. Termination of Business Relationship

We reserve the right to terminate communication or cease service with any party that:

  • Violates our policies

  • Engages in abusive or fraudulent activity

  • Fails to meet agreed payment or cooperation terms

11. Dispute Resolution

  • We aim to resolve disputes amicably through communication.

  • If disputes arise, we encourage third-party mediation through platforms such as Alibaba Trade Assurance or mutual legal channels.

  • Governing law: Applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China

12. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting. You are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.
